Our Mission

Tier 1 is a targeted recruiting camp designed exclusively for student athletes with proven academic records and strong lacrosse skills, who aspire to attend a highly selective college or university. Our aim is to reverse the trend of massive camps that cater to all and focus on no one. Instead, we want to provide targeted exposure to top student athletes.

Directors Michael Murphy of Haverford College and David W. Webster of Dickinson College both have vast experience with coaching and recruiting top student athletes. They, along with a staff of coaches from highly selective colleges and universities, are committed to providing a summer experience that will directly benefit these athletes.

This formula has received enthusiastic support from players, coaches, and parents alike. Simply, Tier 1 will maximize your exposure to the schools in which you are most interested.
